The main subject of this meeting is OKESGR Committe support for the upcoming 45th Infantry Brigade Combat Team employer
event at Fort Chaffee, AR and Camp Gruber, OK on August 4, 2007.
We will need to identify committee members willing to serve as escorts on commercial buses picking up employers
for transport to the event site. These escorts will coordinate supplying their bus with both bottled water, continental
breakfast/snacks, and Meals Ready to Eat (MRE) for this all day event.
Buses are scheduled to run from the following cities: Oklahoma City, Tulsa, McAlester, Lawton, and Stillwater.
